Dr. Werner Janjic is Director Software Engineering at Asseco Solutions AG, where he leads the advancement of software engineering and internal IT. His work focuses on complex ERP platforms, automating the software lifecycle, and applying AI in practical ways across development, quality assurance, and delivery. Before joining Asseco Solutions, he worked in various IT and consulting roles, including the international fintech environment. He studied business and computer science at the University of Mannheim, Germany and earned a PhD in software engineering. In his talks, Werner combines strategic perspective with hands-on technical insight, covering topics such as software architecture, security, integration platforms, and AI-supported development processes for enterprise software.
