As an enterprise architect and CEO of an IT consulting firm, he guides organizations through the digitalization and modernization of their IT landscapes — from strategic architecture vision to operational implementation. His focus areas include cloud-native architectures, agentic AI, cloud migration projects, as well as IT security and compliance in the public sector (BSI IT-Grundschutz, GDPR, OZG).
As a technical chief architect, he has led large-scale projects with more than 20 interdisciplinary teams and supported public authorities in the evaluation, design, and implementation of cloud solutions.
In addition, he is active as a coach and enabler in workshops on Domain-Driven Design and evolutionary architectures. He regularly shares his practical experience at industry conferences such as CloudLand and DevLand.
